Very effective for the needs of survival! Must be a “southern” thang! Just kidding (my family is from Tennessee so I can’t really talk now can I?)! BTW, is this what you call “blogging”? I see pics with one-liners!

I love the grill and I really like the upper rack to keep food warm and to toast rolls.

I have actually done this before!! I spent last summer in Australia and one would think that anything “on the barbie” would be a given over there. Sadly, the place I was staying had “grills” but were more like outdoor hotplates. During July 4th, myself & a few other NYers could not pass up REAL flame-grilled burgers, so we politely borrowed a shopping cart, lined it with tin foil, used an oven rack across the top, poured the charcoal into the basket and they were the best burgers I had that summer!!
A Yankee’s gotta do what a yankee’s gotta do!!

Is that a ALDI cart? It sure looks like one! You better not let T-Bird see it.

That’s ACTUALLY an expensive grill ya got there! When I worked at Tops YEARS ago, we learned in new employee training that the smaller grocery cart’s average cost is $300/ea! The bigger ones are about 2x that. Grocery stores lose 10s of thousands each year when they’re stolen. Aldis charges a quarter not only so they don’t have to hire “cart boys/girls”, but cause the things are so damn expensive!
